Hi, Fast Startup depends on hibernation, so I would first check that hibernation is still enabled by running powercfg /h on from an elevated command prompt. Then turn Fast Startup off, restart, turn it back on, and test again. If boot is still slow, update chipset and storage drivers from the device manufacturer. Some Windows updates also reset power behavior, especially if there was a driver or firmware change.
