After updating to Windows 11, some UWP apps won't launch, and clicking their icons has no effect.
After installing a system update, the built-in UWP apps suddenly stopped launching; clicking the app icon either produces no response or causes the app to crash immediately.
Attempts to fix the issue via Settings → Apps → Repair/Reset were unsuccessful, and re-registering the app package using PowerShell also failed to resolve the problem.

You might see some errors or warnings in red while the command runs. You can often ignore these. Focus on whether the command completes and the apps work after the restart.
