Acer laptop blue screen of death. Any available fix for windows 11?
If your Acer laptop was stuck on blue screen of death, booting into Safe Mode can be an effective way to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Safe Mode starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services, which can help you identify and resolve problems causing the blue screen.
To boot into Safe Mode on an Acer laptop was stuck on blue screen of death, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the laptop completely by holding down the power button.
2. Turn it back on, and as soon as Windows begins to load, press the F8 key repeatedly (or Shift + F8 on some models) until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
3. If you see the menu, select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking" using the arrow keys and press Enter.
4. If your Windows version doesn't respond to F8, you can force Windows into recovery mode by turning the laptop off and on three times during startup, which should bring up the Automatic Repair screen. From there:
Select Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After restart, press 4 or F4 to boot into Safe Mode.
Once in Safe Mode, you can uninstall recent updates, update drivers, run antivirus scans, or perform system restore to fix the underlying problem causing the blue screen of death.
