A Serious Bug in Windows Explorer
When you need an icon (thumbnail) that displays a picture or video file, it can't be displayed and Windows Explorer keeps loading. When you right-click on such a file, Windows Explorer freezes.
This is the reason why not upgrading to the latest version. Some weird and annoying problem comes out when installing a new update. I am currently with 21H2 and everything works fine.
