Although the partition is listed in Disk Management, it might not have a drive letter assigned to it. Try assigning a drive letter to the partition using the Disk Management tool.

Waylene, I have gone through the steps to view the partition on my hard drive. I believe that this partition holds the files that were backed up when my computer was reset to Windows 11. I right clicked on the partition and the option to change drive or path is grayed out. Also I have read a few times that I could lose all that data in the partition if I change it. Why is it so difficult to access this data? How do I normally access this data?
