3M WorkTunes Connect not working on Windows 11 24H2

I'm able to pair the headphones to Windows, the microphone on the headphones works, but there's no sound out of the headphone speakers.

I tried "Remove device" and re-pairing.

I tried uninstalling the headphones from the Bluetooth subcategory in the device manager.

I checked all audio levels pertaining to the WorkTunes headphones and none are muted or low.

Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26100.2314.
