200% Scaling issue on 24H2

For me it is up to date, since 3 months we did try everything, even with INTEL.

We did try the one from HP web site and also from INTEL web site the newest one.

If you do not disable fast-start from Windows 24H2 setting, for the time being you can not solve the issue.

We did also clean install again Windows 24H2, this is a bug for HP Spectre Laptop from 24H2 for the moment.

Unsurprisingly this was one of the first things to be done, it makes no difference. Many others users are noticing this since the update, on various devices across vendors. It may well be a driver issue, but can only be resolved if intel works with Microsoft and the affected vendors. So far Lenovo and HP seem most affected. It has occured to all of those affected to update their display drivers as a first step.
