200% Scaling issue on 24H2
Click Change high DPI settings and check the box for Override high DPI scaling behavior. Choose Application from the dropdown. This can sometimes help resolve scaling issues for individual apps.

Hello,
This is not an application based problem. By the start you have a very big mouse curser and also sceen is big.
If you go from recommended 200% scale to 175% and come back again to 200%, the problem gone.
If you also disbale fat-start or re-start the laptop, the problem is gone.
So this start after 24H2, before there was nor problem.
Any suggestion?

Hello,
This is hapening on start-up, it is not an application based problem.
If you start the computer, first you see a huge mouse pointer and then you can see that the screen is very large.
When you change scale from recommend value (200%) to for example 175% and come back 200%, everything corrects itselfs.
Or if you restart the laptop also you can not see the problem.
If you disable fast-start, the problem also solved, so it happens only on fast start.
