Winget in Windows 10

I am looking to leverage Winget in my enterprise. From here it states that it is included with modern versions of Windows 10. What are those versions ?

    For the Windows 10, you will need App Installer, you may try visit Microsoft Store and look for it.
    Have a look at:
    https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/app-installer/9NBLGGH4NNS1
    If it is already installed, then you may use it, otherwise you have to install it.
