Windows Update KB4566782 Breaks USB-C

The latest update KB4566782 breaks USB-C Ports and says they cannot be started. Rolling back this update fixes the issue. This was specifically tested on a HP ProBook x360 435 G7 Ryzen 3 machine.

    Did you already install the latest BIOS? It addresses issues on USB-C
