Windows Update absolutely will not run
I cannot get Windows Update to run. I have read lots of articles and tried what I could find to fix it. I am running Win 1909 Build 18363.556 and I am eternally stuck in this version as a result. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. Been struggling with this for three weeks.

- Hello,
I recommend you to upgrade to latest version i.e. Version 22H2 via ISO file. You can perform in-place upgrade for this.

Im stuck in this outdated version because Win Update refuses to run. I have read a number of articles on this too. I decided to do an ISO reinstall and that stops during SAFE mode phase and will not complete. Also put in a post on that but have not heard back from anyone. Desperate!
- Try to download WINDOWS 10 ISO from Microsoft and make a clean install.
