Windows Search Index Breaks and Finds Nothing
I'm running Windows 10 and the search feature in File Explorer and the taskbar has completely stopped returning any results, even for files and folders that I know exist on my system, with the search box showing spinning dots or a blank screen instead of listing anything. I've already tried restarting the Windows Search service, rebuilding the search index through the Control Panel, and running the search troubleshooter, but none of these have restored search functionality, and I'm hoping someone can point me toward a more effective solution before I resort to reinstalling Windows.

Since you already tried the common solutions and nothing worked, I recommend to perform repair upgrade:
