Windows search bar not working every time I turn on my laptop!

Hi,

As the question is self-explanatory, every time I turn-on my laptop after I shut it down or restart, I cannot type in search option! Every time I have to press "Windows + R" and then type "C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe" to make it work! PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS 🙂
