Windows says a driver is working correctly, but the hardware doesn't work
Windows reports my device driver is functioning properly, yet the hardware itself remains completely unresponsive and unusable. This suggests a possible driver conflict, outdated firmware, or a hardware failure that Windows fails to detect correctly.

Can you share the type of device having this error.
If Windows is saying it is hardware issue, mostly it is not seeing the hardware or the hardware is actually malfunctioned.
Please download the latest device driver from the manufacturer and update the driver.
