Windows sandbox wrong language

I just noticed this too after running some software I did not trust in the sandbox. Before finding this post I too thought Chinese hackers had compromised the sandbox.
In all seriousness, this seems like a strange thing. Can Microsoft confirm that they have not been hacked and there is not a compromised DLL in our systems?
If this is just an oversight, I would say it is worth correcting.
