    yun-sub_byun We didn't solve the problem, but we got around it. As we're the software publisher, we've made a modification so that the software uses its own clock for critical moments, so that time shifts don't harm processes.

        yun-sub_byunPlease find attached photos of the PC and documentation for the motherboard that is causing us problems. Do you have the same type of computer?
