Windows PC says something to the effect of "User Not Found"
When I start my computer in the morning, it normally says something to the effect of "User Not Found". In order for it to load properly with all of my files, pictures etc., I have to restart it....
You can go to Settings > Accounts > Your info, sign out of your Microsoft account and sign in with a local account, and then migrate your profile again.
