To install a stable version of Windows10 - you need to do a clean installation of Windows10 - but you will lose all your personal files - first make copies.
Simply unregistering will not remove the version of Insider that you are already installing.

I already did that and then I wanted to leave insider program and when I did it said "your device is set up to get insider preview builds"
