Hello,
Try these steps:
Open Registry Editor.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 1.
Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
Let us know if this helps!

Hi Kapil.
I just looked at that setting - it is already set to 1. On a separate note, we believe that this seems just to be happening with our privileged domain user accounts if that is any additional help.
