Windows Family on professional computer

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Here are two old questions for me, for which I never found an answer. I work on a Surface Pro and Windows Family preinstalled on it. I have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Windows 10 Business supplied (if I understodd well) :&nbsp;- is it possible to replace Windows Family by Windows business, and how ?- on the computer, when i am asked to log to a Microsoft account, I never succeed in using a professionnel account (the professionnel Microsoft 365 account I use for everyday work). It says that it is not a Microsoft account and I have to use an Outlook account i especially created during the installation of the system. Is it the right way or is it possible to log with professionnel Microsoft 365 account ?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you
