Windows Couldn't find drivers for some of my devices

So windows suggested me these optional drivers

Which One Should I download??

        Spigolo 

        Downloaded the first one;it got installed
        Downloaded the second one;it said it is installed already
        Restarted the computer and and again tried to install the second one but same message!!
        but there's one thing i noticed in device manager.. This

         

        The First Device's Driver got installed but this is still remaining 

         

        Could You Tell What is this SM bus controller and is it critical for the proper functioning of my device??
