Windows asks for administrator permission often
Windows frequently prompts me for administrator permission when I try to open programs, move files, or change system settings, even though I am logged in as the only user account on this computer...
In Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings, move the slider to the Notify me only when a program tries to make changes to my computer level, and then restart your computer.
