Windows App Runtime Main Installed / Updated?

I received this app by "Microsoft Corp." the same day I updated my Google Chrome.

Is it safe? What does it do? Is it related to me updating google chrome? Any idea what is going on?

    Chrome updates are handled by Google and usually don’t install apps from Microsoft automatically. Sometimes, Windows might install or update system components or Microsoft apps around the same time as your Chrome update, but they are usually unrelated.

    Microsoft Corp. is the official publisher for many Windows components and apps, so if it's a legitimate Windows or Microsoft Store app, it's usually safe.
