Try a forced restart, then in an elevated CMD run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, disable Fast Startup, and update chipset/storage drivers (also try shutdown /r /f /t 0 to bypass hung apps). If it still hangs, boot Safe Mode to uninstall recent updates/drivers, run chkdsk /f, and check SSD firmware/BIOS updates and Event Viewer for the culprit.
