Windows 11 saves my jepgs as jfif files by default.

I'm experiencing an issue with Windows 11 where it saves my JPEG images as JFIF files by default, which is quite frustrating. I typically work with JPEG images, and this unexpected behavior means I have to manually change the file extension each time I save an image, which is not only time-consuming but also affects compatibility with other software and platforms.

    Sometimes, Windows or the image programs use system defaults that can be altered via Registry Editor.
