Yes, the update to 24H2 may have caused the activation token to be lost or invalidated. The error 0xC004F213 means " No product key found" which often indicates that Windows is failing to retrieve the embedded key or activation token post -update. Reapplying the key or forcing reactivation should resolve it. If it persists, contact Microsoft support with proof of activation history, they can reactivate it over chat or phone.
