Windows 11 not refreshing
I am experiencing an issue with my Windows 11 system where the desktop does not refresh as it should. When I create or delete files, or make any changes to desktop icons, these updates do not appear immediately. I find myself having to manually refresh the desktop frequently to see the latest changes.

Hello,
Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:
- Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
- From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
- Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
- Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.
