Windows 10 will not boot after the latest Cumulative Update Preview

Hi!

My mom's laptop (Dell Latitude E5510) recently tried to install the 2023-05 (I think) Cumulative Update Preview.  However, upon restart, it comes up with a recovery page.  Several error codes have appeared.  First it was error 0xc000007b.  Now it shows error 0xc000000f.  So far, I have tried the following, booted off of a Windows 10 USB stick:

-Startup repair (failed)

-Go back an update (also failed)

I then went into the command promt (still booted off of the USB, if it helps) and tried the following:

-CHKDSK (failed)

-SFC /scannow (failed)

-DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do.  I really need to get this thing working, as it has data on it that isn't backed up that's kind of important.  (I think I've learnt my lesson on that one now.)

Any help you guys could provide would be absolutely amazing.  Thanks!
