Windows 10 was forced to update to the latest version

I had previously disabled Windows Updates, but the system automatically re-enabled them and forced an update to the latest version. Not only are the interface changes in the new version poor, but there’s also a noticeable bug: regardless of where the mouse cursor is, the right-click menu always pops up to the left. Please help me find a solution.
