Windows 10 wallpaper disappeared and turned black, is it a bug?
My Windows 10 desktop went black with only icons after startup, no wallpaper showing. Restarts didn’t help. My wallpaper is a local image, not from an app. Has anyone else had this issue?
Log out of your current account and log into the new one. If the wallpaper appears normally, you know your old profile was the issue, and you can migrate your files to the new one.
