Windows 10 VPN

Hello , I'm new here,  IT admin and I'm having a weird one i cant seem to fix or find an answer for. 

Windows VPN keeps changing from user name and password to general Authentication, but when i change it , it changes the protocols  , im going around in circles again and again and again.

Doers anyone know of a fix for this?

    Does it happens in the Client?
    Did you set any policy in the Server?
    Is there any other VPN installed?
    Try check the Group Policy Result and see if there is any relevant policy has been set?

      Yes is only on the client using windows client.
      No policy setup its, only affecting three people.
      No other VPN is installed.

        Try perform a "Clean Boot" and see if the problem persist?
