Windows 10 Version 1809 PrinterNightMare Update
Is there any way to apply the PrinterNightmare patch on Windows 10 Version 1809 without applying the Feature Update 20H2 Patch? I'm one of the folks that can't get the 20H2 patch to apply, I've spent hours and hours following procedures and suggestions, and I'm left with doing a complete reinstall. I'm trying to avoid that for the time being. Is there any way to apply this patch, or is there a workaround that will mitigate my exposure that will still allow me the ability to print?

You can try manual installation of that update i.e. KB5004947. Before installing the update, make sure you've servicing stack update (SSU) (KB5003243) or the latest SSU (KB5003711).
