Windows 10 Update Service “Enabled but Not Running”
The Windows Update service status shows as “Enabled” but is actually “Not Running,” preventing the system from checking for or installing updates. Additionally, the Microsoft Store app cannot be opened or loaded. Both issues occurring simultaneously suggest a potential anomaly in core system services or network configuration. Please provide troubleshooting steps to identify the correlation and resolve the problem.

Run Command Prompt as an administrator, execute the commands sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair system files, then restart the Windows Update service.
