What is the penguin-logo executable in Windows 10 System32 that flashes a quick Linux Kernel command prompt?

When you run "wsl" from Command Prompt or PowerShell, it briefly shows the Linux penguin logo (the Tux mascot) as part of its startup sequence.
wsl.exe is short for Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), an official tool developed by Microsoft. Don't worry about it.
