Windows 10 stuck at kernel boot, spinning circle
I first had issues with my desktop, some icons were "stuck" and I couldn't move them. I tried running "Diagnostic startup" to see if it does anything and that immediately made my system unbootable.
I ran system restore point ( I unfortunately, for some reason, had only 1 restore point...), which failed. The system restore point is now gone...
Now, I tried some things from the internet, but so far, nothing good. System is still completely unbootable.
I tried generating logs, I will attach everything I can. I also have a forced memory dump, but it weights 1.65 GBs

It sounds like you're dealing with a serious Windows 10 boot issue, specifically getting stuck at the kernel boot with a spinning circle. Given the steps you've already taken—trying system restore, diagnostic startup, and attempting to gather logs—you're on the right track.
