Windows 10 shuts down but immediately restarts or displays a black screen
After installing the new Windows 10 system, shutdowns functioned normally for the first few days. Subsequently, the system began automatically restarting upon shutdown or displaying a black screen (unable to enter BIOS). Replacing the power supply and resetting the BIOS proved ineffective. Seeking troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of the issue.

Run `powercfg -h off` at the command prompt to disable Fast Startup, and check for the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.
