Windows 10 selecting text issue

I've just got a new laptop with windows 10 and when I open my work email (webmail via roundcube) it wont let me highlight and copy text within emails. When I try it just highlights all the text on the page. I've tried in Windows edge and Chrome. Any solutions please?
