Windows 10 Screen Recording Crashes After a Few Minutes
Third-party screen recording software crashes, icon disappears, and recording fails after a few minutes. Need help.

It might be due to cpu overload.
- Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
- In the Performance tab, you can see the CPU status and highest-consuming applications.
- End those that are not related to screen recording so you can free up the CPU.
CPU overload can cause screen recording to stop automatically. Because recording software like OBS or Windows Game Bar relies heavily on CPU resources to capture video. If there is no much resources, the recorder will unable to handle the process and stop.
