Windows 10 RDP - session is not changing status to disconnect after closing RDP client

A few days ago I'm having a problem with Windows 10 RDP, the user makes an rdp connection with a computer within the company, but when the connection fluctuates, the connection drops but the session remains active and when the user tries to access again, he gets stuck in the login screen. For the user to be able to log in, someone else needs to access the micro and so the user's session is disconnected and the next attempt to connect the user works.

Execute the logoff command in the remote desktop session to force logout, or manually end the disconnected session through Task Manager > User tab.
