Note the exact Windows Update error code.
Run Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update.
Run Command Prompt as Administrator: sfc /scannow.
In the same window: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and stop services:
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserverren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.oldnet start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserverCheck BIOS settings: enable TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
Update motherboard chipset drivers from ASUS support site.
Free at least 20 GB on C: drive.
Try updating via Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 22H2.
After Windows 10 update succeeds, run PC Health Check again for Windows 11 readiness.
