Can I install the Windows 10 found https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 to a new hard disk? I don't have the best of luck with hard disk - the hard disk just died. Any gui...

Just make sure new Hard Disk is working correctly and it doesn't have any bad sectors and Windows 10 be installed just fine.
