WINDOWS 10 NOT UPDATING

I have been trying to update my windows 10 for a week now. Update isint working i am getting an error. 

Reseting windows also doesnt work. And when i try to download windows update from microsoft catalog it also doesnt work so what i am supposed to do?

i am downloading the right update

And i get this error:


so what i am supposed to do how do i update? if anyone can help i would be really gratefull

    Hi Synted,

    Please run these commands from the command prompt (as administrator) and than reboot your machine:
    - sfc /scannow
    - DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
