Windows 10 not loading Winre
I need Secure boot to run a game for my Windows 10 operating system. I cannot using any command or technique get to the advanced setting page to turn Secure Boot on. The only way I can access the advancing settings page is if I turn winre off using the command reagentc /disable. This allows me when I restart to access the advanced setting page, but it’s limited and I cannot change secure boot. When I turn winre on using reagentc /enable and restart my PC I just get a black screen. I have used SFC /scannow and my system is fine. Any ideas?

The problem you're describing—getting a black screen when Windows RE (WinRE) is enabled and only having a limited menu when it's disabled—is very specific. It indicates your system can boot, but there's a critical problem with the Windows Recovery Environment partition or the UEFI boot configuration itself.
