Windows 10 News and interest

We are using win 10 20h2 in our org. we found news and interest in taskbar after upgrade 20h2.

I am from india connecting Japan VPN site. When I am in VPN news and interest showing JP news and JP weather information. how this news and interest working.. how it detect the location? can some one share the details information or block
