Yes now i hid the kb5002317 ( with wushowhide.diagcab)

p.s this issue is present ONLY with X32 : the kb5002317 on same version but x64 doesn't create problems !

Uninstall x32bit KB and check the issue.

1) As I wrote, If I unistall the kb5002317 run all fine
2) I MUST use x32 because my core application run ONLY with 32 bit
3) As I wrote, Friends with same version (LTSC version 1809 Build 17763.1935) BUT with x64, the KB5002317 does not create any problems !
