Windows 10 logging into a blank screen with mouse

Question

Afternoon all,&nbsp;A customer of mine has a strange issue with Windows. When they log in they are presented with a black screen. I have tried the famous Ctrl+alt+Del and selected task manager but does not come up. I have pressed Ctrl+Shift+ESC and it does not come up. I have had to manually close it using psexec and terminate explorer.exe. then the task manager appears on the screen. Since this, it happens every login and they cannot enter text in the search box on the taskbar. All apps seem to be opening and performing slows. I have run system restore and still the same.&nbsp;Many ThanksJames
