Windows 10 Licensing

Hi, 

When a bunch of workstations that have Windows 10 Enterprise licenses activated through the KMS server, I wanted to find out if we switch to Windows 10 Enterprise subscription licensing, what is the best way to go about switching the license activation from KMS to Subscriptions? From what I'm reading that we need to activate the OEM license key first, and then it activates the subscription license key for the signed-in user who has the license assigned. 

Is there a better and easier way to do this for a bunch of machines?

Any help and insight on this are truly appreciated.
