Windows 10 keeps going to sleep even though I told it not to

I've checked every single setting—power options, advanced settings, even the old control panel one—and it still ignores my "never sleep" plan. I can literally watch it go to sleep while I'm in the middle of something.

Is this a known bug or is my PC just possessed? At this point I'm ready to start yelling at it.
