Windows 10 ISO Download Link for creating Windows 10 bootable USB?
My Windows 10 PC was crashed and can't get into the desktop. I need to download Windows 10 ISO image before starting to create a Windows 10 bootable USB. I go to the Windows 10 software download page...

After you get Windows 10 ISO Download Link. You'll need a valid Windows 10 license key if you want to activate it after installation. If you're upgrading from an older version like Windows 7, your existing key should work (assuming it's valid).
Before you go ahead with the installation, make sure to back up your important files. Even if it's a clean install, better safe than sorry, right?
Make sure your hardware can handle Windows 10. Minimum requirements are pretty low these days, but it's still good to double-check.
