Windows 10 homescreen at self checkout at Big W Australia
I'm having a strange issue with the Windows 10 operating system on the self-checkout computers at Big W Australia. Every time I try to use the self-checkout, the Windows 10 homescreen appears instead of the Big W self-checkout application, and I'm unable to proceed with my purchase.

Since you are unable to complete your purchase, the only reliable workaround is to find a staff member and let them know that the self-checkout is stuck on the Windows desktop. The employee can restart the application or the terminal for you. It is recommended that you avoid trying to navigate the Windows desktop yourself, as this could interfere with the store's internal systems.

The system might not be configured to automatically log into the kiosk account.
